We shot the portraits in London this summer and all of the people photographed are actual Costa Baristas. I loved the fact that they are making a big deal out of the process of making coffee properly. I’ve been struggling to make decent coffee for years now, its not easy! eg did you know that a Cappuccino is 1 third coffee, 1 third milk and 1 third foam… In my ‘umble opinion that alone makes all the difference.

The countries that are showing these images in store since September are Saudi Arabia and the far East including Korea. Apparently they will be up in the UK in 2011.
